Our staff welcomes you to the Hugo - Lino Lakes - White Bear Lake - Centerville area!  We are eager to meet you and to tell you about all the services we have to offer.

Otter Lake Animal Care Center is located at 6848 Otter Lake Road in Hugo, Minnesota.  We are 2.3 miles north of County Road J and 0.7 miles south of County Road 14. ​

The hospital has been under the ownership of Dr. Wayne Scanlan since 1987.  Dr. Scanlan is a graduate of the University of Minnesota, College of Veterinary Medicine.  We offer medical and surgical services and boarding for dogs and cats and limited services for birds and rabbits.
